Trackwise captures raw event streams and user properties at a granularity most tools don’t bother with. That detail is valuable, but only if it’s connected to everything else you know about a customer. Strand ingests the stream and makes it queryable alongside account, billing, and support data.

How it works

Add your Trackwise API key and select the event types and properties you want tracked. Cortex ingests the stream in real time and resolves events against existing contact and account records as they arrive. Because the raw event data stays granular inside the graph, you can build new segments after the fact instead of deciding what to track in advance.

Configure

The Trackwise connection is managed from the integrations panel, where event types and user properties are selected per workspace. High-cardinality properties can be excluded if they’re not useful for segmentation, keeping the graph efficient. Event retention follows your workspace’s data retention policy and can be adjusted by an admin.
