How it works

Authenticate your Signalkit account and choose which engagement scores and behavioral signals to bring in. Cortex ingests updates as they happen and attaches them to the matching account or contact in your graph. Pulse can then watch those scores directly, flagging accounts whose engagement drops outside their normal range.

Configure

Admins configure the Signalkit connection from the integrations panel, selecting which score types and update frequency to use. Thresholds for what counts as a meaningful change are configurable per metric, so noisy signals can be tuned down without losing the ones that matter. Historical scores are backfilled on first connection so trend analysis works from day one.
