Mixboard captures how people actually use your product: events, funnels, and cohorts. On its own, that data tells you what happened. Connected to Strand, it tells you what happened to a specific account, and how that connects to their support tickets, billing status, and sales history.

How it works

Add your Mixboard API key and choose which event types and properties to stream. Cortex ingests usage events in real time and resolves them against the account and contact records already in your graph, so a spike in usage or a sudden drop shows up next to everything else known about that customer. No manual joins, no exporting cohorts to a spreadsheet.

Configure

Manage the Mixboard connection from the integrations panel, where event types and user properties are selected per workspace. High-volume event streams can be filtered down to the properties that actually matter for your graph, keeping ingestion fast and the data manageable. Cohort definitions update automatically as new events arrive, so saved segments stay current without manual refreshes.
